Just one question. Why should I give a shit what happens in Russia? I'm having hard enough time feeding my family. They don't want to talk about that. It's look over here. Look what's happening in Russia while the people I work for pay no taxes and steal as much as they can.

Get NATO involved because although the Ukraine is NOT a member of NATO proper they ARE a member of the Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council which is tied to NATO. They don't need to shoot anyone or bomb anyone, just use their presence to halt Russia's movement and protect the citizens of Ukraine.

Greenbeanz, I think it is a poor argument to bring up people 'disliking poor Eastern Europeans' as a pretext for justifying aggressive behaviour. Nobody thinks like that and it is typical liberal behaviour to constantly try to make something into a race issue. It isn't a race issue.

Most just see the complete hypocrisy of the West and in particular America. This was a coup backed by US finance and which has supported groups including neo Nazis. A recent report also suggests that these same Nazis shot protestors and instead it was being spun as though it was government forces. This has nothing to do with race, but the hypocrisy of the West. America has invaded a country illegally and Britain itself has controlled Northern Ireland by force over many decades.

These nations are hypocrites and when Clinton speaks of Nazi Germany comparisons, she seems to have a lack of awareness concerning her own country and her own involvement in Libya and attempted involvement in Syria and least of all her nations tacit support of telling lies to invade a country. At least Russia has a justification for defending its portion of a Russian area. The hyperbole is ridiculous.

I know about the history of the UK, too much so in fact. It is not a very nice history and is typically about oppressing poor people on the mainland and persecuting the Irish. I am not going back hundreds of years, but simply pointing out that Northern Ireland was created and maintained by force. Britain in an instance like this has no right to cast a shadow on anybody else by logical extension.

I added the word poor by mistake and apologise for that, but poor was implied in an economic sense only. It was you who brought up Eastern Europeans and it isn't relevant and I stand by that. You have a strange passion for bringing in every person as far Russia into the EU and thus potentially into the UK as you seem to think them better than the people at home who have been demoralised and let down. The U.S. economy is already screwed up. So the U.S. should bomb someone the keep oil prices down? They been doing that for years.

I know the mainstream media is doing their best, but I don't think ordinary people are quite so gullible anymore. I think alternative media is now trumping things and what the BBC has to say or what CNN has to say is becoming almost passe.

I think most are now watching this kind of media with a strong sense that is bollocks. They have no ratings and more people are watching better news on the web. The mainstream media sugercoats and tells you silly nonsense like how Hillary thinks Russia is becoming like Nazi Germany, like how Kerry thinks you cannot just invade a nation with no pretext. These people are hilarious in their absurdity.
