Interesting thing that happened to this burgeoning contender. Often times my mind wanders on guys that were around and just, suddenly, stopped fighting- sorta like Andre Dirrell.

That's the guy.

Real tragedy how he was killed. He was a quality fighter and did it the right way to get to a title shot and top contention. He literally bashed still world ranked Daniels from pillar to post and a shot to shit Andrew Maynard, but he had skill. Ruiz was a sharper guy at cruiser, faster and younger of course and Kobozev was fortunate to get that nod. Glad they finally learned what happened to him. I remember he and 'Jesse' James Hughes went out almost the exact same way, at the same time while both were near much bigger oppurtunity.
