Dave Miller of Freesportspicksdaily.com writes "he fights an above average guy, instead of either of the legitimate light heavyweight champs and people think he's fantastic. let's count it a unification if he can beat stevenson or the other guy. i realize he's going for money in his fights, no matter what claims he makes to the contrary, but he needs to fight one of the 2 guys actually considered the top guys in the weight class. sure, the fact he's still fighting is impressive, but these aren't exactly top fighters he's beating."
