Floyd wasn't feather fisted at that weight, though. And he wasn't as safety first as he is now.
He was not a harder puncher than Alex.
Im willing to bet that Floyd at 140 hits harder than Arguello...
    Based on the Gatti fight?
Im not just gauging his power off the fights he had at 140 but my overall boxing sense tells me that Floyd is a real puncher at the lower weights.. Bigger puncher than Arguello, yea..

Arguello may have been taller but he was a smaller man than Floyd overall which was one of the reasons why he didnt fight above 140 as opposed to Floyd who has fought as high as 154 with his punching power intact to an extent..

Arguello had scary power at 130...

Contradicting yourself as you are saying Arguello hit harder than Floyd at 130lb.

Nope, I said that Arguello had real power at 130. I never said he punched harder at that weight than Floyd.

Difference is, Arguello didnt really carry his power up to the higher weights.. Not to say that he wasn't a good puncher at 135-140 but his power did not increase..

Floyd was a legit puncher at 130 and he carried that all the way up to 140..

At the end of the day, I believe Floyd is a bigger puncher because of his natural size advantage..

No do not agree. Arguello had a great right hand which was the bomb.
