I have been thinking about this topic for several minutes after being told that I think too much. I think most people are able to do things and chill out, but I don't seem to do that very much. I am a strange person and make lists of things to do in the day and check them off one by one. If I accomplish all my work, then typically I go to bed at night relatively satisfied. For me the perfect day is starting with a yoga routine, finding the time for 2 good meals and plenty of fruit (Sheperd's Pie is great, but not with fruit as that is creepy), studying a second language for about 3 hours, then reading up on my current affairs news, and for pleasure I will typically watch a documentary, read a book on my Kindle and maybe write a song on my guitar. Then before bed I will watch the mainstream news media in order to see how they are distorting reality. Mainstream news is so dumbed down that it helps you fall asleep with relative ease. It is only bad when I start arguing with the television, but I try to reign that in. I then fall asleep and typically go to the bathroom at 3am, which always somewhat ruins any perfect day.
What is your perfect day and what do you do?
