Morales displayed brawling and the sweet science.

That is how I see Floyd winning the fight boxing on the outside, using the distance and countering. Too fast, quick and experienced.

Will Floyd be willing to exchange like this though? Erik had to take some to give it.

Floyd's leagues above Morales and JMM in terms of boxing ability though.

Can't disagree, but my statement goes with the old addage (styles make fights)
Morales' display of the sweet science against Pac was that he took shots to give them and threw alot when needed.
I'm sure you've seen your share of fights where a better skilled fighter got outworked-outhustled or outgutted: not outsmarted or outboxed.

Rarely do both men display the sweet science. Shane & Oscar fight one was a masterpiece painted on the canvas between them both. Not a brawl, but a boxing match of two young skilled guys positioning, jabbing & trying to out hook the other.

Wilfredo "El Radar de St. Just" Benitez taking the WBA light welterweight world championship from Antonio "Kid Pambelé" Cervantes, at the tender age of 17 (whole fight).

Amazing for a 17 year old to be so poised yet defined.

Benitez won the title at the same age.

For sure. Was that when he split with Roach, I don't remember. They seemed like a great team.

I am not 100% sure. Toney claimed that the steroids were given to him by a doctor to treat an injured arm that occurred during his victory over Rydell Booker in his previous fight.

Carlos Quintana over Joel Julio. Both were undefeated.
Quintana looked good against Paul Williams I, but his best performance was against Julio.
Amazing display of inside, outside, lateral movement and sweet footwork & landed to the body and head, potshots & combos.
He did everything right in that fight..
All's lost! Everything's going to shit!
