    Default Hall Of Fame

This week the best SMW of all time is entering the Hall Of Fame Joe Calzaghe, a modern great
a 2 weight World Champion, also something very rare undefeated.
    Well done Joe.

Roy Jones Jnr is the best super middleweight of all time.

No, he beat what once was the phenomenon known as Roy Jones Jr.

Joe Calzaghe was also a bit faded at the time he defeated Roy. He retired after the fight, Roy continued to fight on.

Prime Joe would have beaten prime Roy.

Brothers, There's no doubt Joe belongs in the HOF. You guys have to understand in the states most people thought Jeff Lacy was going to KO Joe in a easy win. I don't think Jeff won a round. He showed the world he was for real. He beat Kessler at his best. One of the very few to beat Hopkins.

F--k the Hall. Until they put Benn and Steve Collins in there, it has no credibility with me.

Joe beat some decent competition at 168. Kessler was a good win as was Lacy. Roy's win over Toney was better than any win Joe had, but Joe had more quality wins over a longer period and beat all of his top challengers where Roy missed quite a few. Based on quality of opposition and dominance I actually place Ward above both. I also think that Joes win over a past his prime Hop was razor thin and not very impressive (he out hustled him and didn't really beat Hop up). I think Hop and Roy beat Joe prime vs prime and Roy vs Ward is a pick em fight.

The Hopkins fight was a Joke, Hopkins was Knackered he was gassing when he has a slight tap in
the balls, he was rolling around on the floor like he had been shot with a elephant gun.
Cheating git remember speed kill Calzaghe had speed to burn, yes he may have beaten a faded
Roy and Bhop but he was a faded fighter him self, so it all evens it self out.
Remember Joe beat 9 former World Champions, and Calzaghe won a good few fights one handed
if you are aware he had very bad hand trouble,! all through his carer he did carry Roy and could have
ko him, people must remember Slopkins LOST, nobody looks good against that spoiler.
Ward head butted his way to a win over Kessler, he beat Froch and very weight drained Dawson,
we can all pick hole in fighters, Joe Calzaghe finished his carer undefeated I no I repeat my self
but it's only to remind some that are a bit THICK.

The Hop that Joe eked his win out against was no where near the fighter who destroyed Tito, Joppy, Holmes...etc. almost a decade before. Joe was a slapper, and as I said, he eked the win out vs. Hop by outhustling him, but did zero damage (hop looked like he hadn't been touched at the end). The two best fights of Joe's career were Lacy (one dimensional but undefeated at the time) and Kessler (good fight and performance for Joe who had to adapt to win). Roy was a shell of his prime self and that win was not impressive at all for me. Joe beat some decent competition (Eubank was passed his best also but that was still a solid win) but to say he is the greatest ever at that weight is debatable in my opinion. As for being undefeated, Marciano retired undefeated but he barely makes my top ten HW of all time.
