    Default Fury v Chisora 2.

    24 July 2014 - Statement.

After Chisora pulls out of fight , Fury says he will never fight HW rival Chisora , after Londoner pulls out of fight.

" As far as im concerned , Chisora is finished "
" He doesn't have the credibility to lace up my boots, let alone step in the ring with me "

    Fury v Chisora 2 , announced for November 22.

Take everything fury says with a pinch of salt.

Sorry to sound repetitive but its two shit fighters, Warren will obviously try to hype up the fight with Tysons's amateur dramatics and Chis's odd grunt. The shame is its for British and European titles, together with an alphabet world title contender status. How standards have fallen......

The second he fights someone size appropriate with a punch and half a skill set he's toast.

He does have good advantages, his size for instance, he outsized Cunningham in a fight he was in trouble.

His other fights recent have been good, but the fighters have been subpar.

I stick to me word that Price would end him fast, Wilder would destroy him.

Unless he moves up and somewhat surprises everyone.

    Agreed.

See he's fighting guys that look decent on paper, but he should really beat without much issue.

    His last 5 fights.
Martin Rogan - Tough Irish prizefighter winner - But started late in boxing and is far past his physical best.
Vinnie Maddalone - Experienced fighter with a good punch - nearly 40 and not in great shape when Fury fought him.
Kevin Johnson - Tough guy, one of few to go 12 with Vitali - Easy to hit, Fails everytime he steps up in class.
Steve Cunningham - Former CW world champion, great fighter - Nowhere near big enough and doesn't have a punch.
Joey Abel - Decent punch KO'd nealry every win he had - Gets knocked out every time he steps up in class.

See what I'm saying? They look good on paper but bad in practice.

His best win is Cunningham still and tbh if Steve had a bigger punch, that overhand right may have ended it. I also thought Fury won with an illegal punch but nobody really complained after Steve mentioned it in the ring after the fight.

the punch did look dodgy but it is boxing after all, you cant blame anyone for not picking up on it

Cunningham was there to lose as well

the rogan win looked impressive if you look at what rogan had done before, he had some solid performances under his belt and fury dealt with him easily, I think rogan had become an old man a few fighters before that tho and fury got him at the perfect time

im not saying rogan would ever have beaten him but the rogan from a couple of years earlier would have made a fight of it

Not a lot that can be done if it results in a KO unless he's been warned seceral times for it.

All you can do as a fan is watch how clinically a punch like the one Froch (not even known for being a technician) KO'd Groves with and realise how abysmally Fury's 'skills' compare... Good thing he was MUCH bigger and a lot younger.
