Froch smoked him TWICE. I think a Marquez-Pac 4 would be more interesting, and THAT is a fight that NOBODY wants to see.

Yeah Groves had two shots and blew it twice.
Also I dont see Groves as doing anything worthy of stardom in the future. He had his flash in the pan. First flash was better than the 2nd. Like Leon Spinks, he had his moment of glory. I see him fading into the sunset at age 26. sad but true.
When Froch smokes GGG, I want every Calzaghe nut-licker to bow down to the man from Sherwood Forest.
Yeah I agree the highlight of his career will be the 1st Froch fight, a losing effort... George doesn't have the goods! That's what's up.
Groves is good but should go back of the queue after having two chances. Froch would fight De Gale than fight Groves again. How it made so much money I do not know.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Groves was smoked like a Chubby from Arbroath.
Groves will be beaten by anyone who can punch.
Kessler beating Golovkin would mean nothing. Remember Pvlik was being mentioned as an opponent for Calzaghe? What would a win over Pavlik have done for Calzaghes career?
Golovkin is a middleweight.
I'm no "JC nut licker" I reckon he could've gone over the pond a lot sooner. But I can't see how Froch will EVER eclipse JC! Calzaghe beat the best Kessler and Froch lost to a "not as good" Version and beat an even worse version. Calzaghe also beat an old man in Hopkins , who 6 years later and older would still beat Froch. Also , Calzaghe was the undisputed best in the division, and we know that won't be happening with Froch.
Finally , even if Froch did smoke GGG (which I severely doubt) , how does that improve his cherished Legacy? Fighting a smallish middleweight who is about 6 inches shorter! GGG is fast becoming well respected in the states (more so than Froch). Do you think he would risk that fighting a bigger guy with not much to gain? One thing is for sure, If GGG takes the Froch fight, it's because he's certain he will win!
Froch could be right.
Groves seems to lack that toughness to be champion...?
