Default Who Wins? Chris Algeri vs Manny Pacquiao?

I will be the first to say as a Manny fan I "Do Not" like this fight style wise. But I'm hoping for a Pacquiao stoppage win.

It's not exactly a pick em fight for me, would be shocked if Manny didn't win convincingly. Algeri has good skills, but he isn't a big puncher or nearly as fast as he'd need to be to make them count here imo, and there's no guarantee he will even be confident otherwise given his experience.

who cares...Pacquiao and Mayweather should have fought each other years ago and now they are in endless meaningless fights....I for one am bored of any mention of their names

Manny destroys him. This isn't Ruslan plodding forward in a predictable manner. Algeri can box pretty good, but Mannys athleticism n speed will be too much. He is going to overwhelm Algeri n stop him in the mid to late rounds.

Pac should walk through Algeri, but Algeri is very good and shouldn't be underestimated. If Algeri can weather the early flurries, take a shot, and start to time Manny then hopefully he can make it a contest. The Provodnikov fight was very good, but Manny is a different fighter with speed and combinations. Not a one trick pony like Provodnikov. I am supporting Algieri, but think Manny likely gets a rare stoppage. If it goes to the cards, then Algeri stepped it up again.

PAcman via a terrible one sided slaughter. And yeah, this fight is irrelevant.

They want pac to get a ko or they move down to 140.

This is all nicely planned for pac post marquez ko.

They really want him to perform.

    Is this fight at welterweight?
    Is this fight PPV?
    Is this fight really happening?

I think it's because Pac is old and he hasn't had a KO in years. It is for that reason that I hope he doesn't get it. Pacs career is kind of direction-less since being KO'ed. Go Algeri!

Algeri has already won. He won't win the actual fight...but he won the press, he won the network and story, shit dude he has won the lottery.

One thing Chris needs to remember...Manny actually knows how to throw straight punches, and he uses Provo as a sparring partner

    I want Algeria.

Pac needs a KO, as he seems to have lost his devastating power, which gives Algeria a very good chance.

Lets not forget Algeri came out of nowhere to beat Pacmans sparring partner. I give this kid no chance to beat one of the all time greats. Say what you will about my man, he can bang and you were seeing Provodnokov 2.0 after the trauma both he and Tim Bradley gave one another. I hate comparing common opponents but Bradley may have actually beat Provodonokov but he sure as hell didn't best Manny either contest, looking especially acolyte in the rematch. Another white hope to sell some tickets. Floyd you may retire undefeated but you sure as hell havent had any tough fights. Not since he beat Chico Corrales at 135. To me that was his best win. Since then he's been ducking so much you would think he was the limbo champion.

Pac is gonna break this kid's face worse than what Pac did to Margarito. I think if it gets too bad before 8, it may not be a bad idea for Algeiri to not answer the later rounds... just stay in the corner and retire and come back for another fight.
