Alleging invasion of privacy, assault, battery and defamation.

Her timing of filing the lawsuit, right before a big fight, seems a bit iffy to me. Those fake tears show shes out of money and is suing Floyd now. She always seemed like a gold digger to me. Floyd should sue her ass back for emotional distress when she aborted his twins.

Don't get me wrong i'm against beating women but in her case I don't believe her, even though Floyd does have a history. After all this time she decides to speak up right before a big fight when his name is fresh in the media.

Indeed. 50 cents attacks are very suspicious too. They want to take Floyd off of his game, because they sense he is vulnerable to attacks from Maidana.

Firstly you're a moron.

Proven and convicted of woman beating, multiple times? He gets no benefit of the doubt, he is scum. Why wouldn't you believe her? Are you one of those fanboys that doesn't care if his favourite athlete is caught molesting a cat on camera, he still didnt do it?

Secondly, what difference does it make that it's right before a big fight? Not like he was out of the spotlight or anything. Not only that, she could have filed her complaint a year ago, and it's just now being announced/ going to court, I'm sure there is a lot of red tape involved in suing a multi million pound athlete.

I had a fine for £40 like 4 years ago that I contested and it took 14 months before it was sorted.

I know people who sued for injured in work and it took years before they got any compensation.

I really hope gets jailed again.

The timing is definitely revenge and a "fuck you" to Floyd, but really Floyd has a track history of beating women and being an overall douche bag so I wouldn't doubt her claims.

Floyd was insulting her on one of his 24/7 shows and trying to embarrass her. He's a vengeful dude with no class.

I agree. The worst part of it is he cant deny half that because he committed those offenses of public forum. Lawyers usually pull up every petty offense they can find knowing they wont get a conviction on all of them. But if you do them on HBO, Twitter, you tube, etc.. where half the world has seen, reposted, recorded it, its kind of hard to deny or twist into your favor. Every lawsuit against floyd has been like a deadfall. Using his own weight (mouth) to kill him.

Women are lining up outside floyds house, like photographers are lining up outside alec baldwins house to catch a beatdown and then a payoff.

Floyd is quite a guy!

The man doesn't do anything by half.

To be fair, the timing is a little iffy but who knows?

It seems like Floyd picks women he knows are going to give him problems so he can knock them around. The man seems to crave chaos and pressure, I have to say that Floyd seems to be in over his head when it comes to women. He's a great candidate for a good psychiatrist or maybe a team of good psychiatrists.

Lol, no cats involved thankfully. I was charged for pissing against a wall. It wasn't me, it just happened to be someone else who ran when he saw the police coming and somehow, someone told the police it was me because I was in the bar earlier that night.

14 months to clear that up. -_- God only knows how long it takes to solve a murder.

Indeed but these are accusations by a gold digging whore and she is at least as suspect as he is. He had to know this and if he didn't he almost deserves to pay even if its all fake like she is just for taking myopia to a new level.

The timing of these things are most definitely premeditated. There is no ifthey were. I wonder if guys like Robinson would have survived in this era and accomplished what they did?
