I thought it was this Stephen Smith

Much as it pains me I have to side with Floyd here. Who the Hell is Stephen A Smith? Did he win an Olympic Silver medal? Did he leave the comfort of his own country to fight abroad ? Did he knock 19 pro boxers out? Did he win multiple belts at lightweight and light welterweight ? Could he drag thousands of punters to get off their backsides and come to watch him fight?

If he thinks a rematch with Cotto or Alvarez is the fight fans would rather watch than a fight with Khan then he is deluded. Khan may not deserve it yet and Khan might even get knocked out but that is an entertaining fight that many, many people would like to see.

Stephen A Smith and Skip Bayless are a laughing stock when it comes to boxing. You could take squabbles between the most brain-dead Floyd and Manny nuthuggers on this place a few years ago, and still find more substance than those two clowns spit back and forth. I doubt either of them could even list ten active fighters, they should just forget covering the sport entirely.

Only the English want to see Khan get a payday. No one in the world thinks this is a fight. Especially since Khan got knocked out by someone Mayweather can beat in his sleep.

A wasted effort, when a rematch with Cotto, at least, would be better. A fight with Thurman, Pacman, Bradley, Garcia, or Andrade and GGG would be 100000 x's better.

I agree, Kahn has done nothing to deserve a fight with floyd, he has the chin of a baby girl. Floyd should choose any of the fighters listed above and he would get much props.

As for stephen, he has been the #1 floyd dick sucker for years. He says one thing about floyds greatest fear (pac) and gets cursed. wtf. I dont wanna see no more fucking rematches from floyd, cotto maybe, just maybe.

Floyd says "its about working smarter not harder" That right there lets me know he is not willing to fight anyone dangerous. FLoyds goal is to get to 50-0 the easiest way possible, fuck his fans, yall gonna ride his cock no matter who he "chooses" to fight aka run from.

I didn't think Stephen A. Smith delved into boxing.
I've only seen him as a smug, opinionated commentator on basketball.

Who on earth wants to see a canelo rematch or cotto rematch?!

Floyd nearly ko cotto in the last round and toyed with canelo..

Stephen a smith is a joke and garcia should step up to 147 and get the payday he deserves...

ESPN needs a 10 minute boxing segment once a week or something with people who actually know the sport.

Stephen is right a mere con does not deserve the fight at all.

It's not about who deserves the fight it's the fact that Smith is pretending nobody wants to see it. Khan V Floyd cannot fail to be entertaing whatever the outcome. The guy is clueless.

It will be entertaining because we want to see how long Khan's chin lasts, that is not justification for the fight at all.
