Seems like Roach is trying make friends and play nice to Floyd to try to get him to negotiate with them if you ask me. I always thought it was Pacs fault the first time but at the same time Olympic style drug testing was done by anyone so it sounded like a control move by Floyd even tho now it is the norm. What do you guys think ?

There was never any doubt that it was team Pacs fault the first negotiations. Anyone who denied that had their head in the sand. Floyd was generous first negotiations and when they ended he told everyone he was pissed that they acted like it was his fault.

Problem with this article is they are still lying and there is video evidence. They agreed to testing, after all it was in the initial contract. Even Roach is on film saying they agreed. Then Bob complained first, not Manny. Then Manny questioned it. Then they asked for a few days and Floyd agreed to that too. Then they asked for 30. Getting the truth from these fucks is like squeezing blood from a fucking rock. I mean, they are on f'n video but they talk like we haven't seen the f'n video and people actually believe what they say that contradicts what they said on f'n video. Because people want to believe

It was mostly Bob Arum's fault but, ultimately, Mayweather said it himself that he does not want to fight Pac after Pac demolished Cotto as he was afraid for his health. There's a video to this and you can see it in You Tube. Just search for it. Pac and Roach was really interested in having this fight. Now that Bob Arum is also very interested to make this fight happen, the fault would be with Mayweather if this does not happen.
