World Boxing News - Sauerland: Kessler still wants Froch, has interest in DeGale world title fight

I don't understand why Kessler is simply holding out for a Froch fight? He said he will fight Degale too

See, this is what pisses me off about Froch. In America , apart from PBF and Pac, GGG is the most talked about boxer there is. If Froch v GGG isn't PPV in the states , it's because of Froch not GGG.

It is a PPV fight, and if GGG carrys on the way he is, it's even more of a PPV fight

I was wrong about Froch worrying about his legacy and avenging his defeat. He admits that even if Ward is inactive he still probably could not beat him.

Froch v Junior is not ppv over here. GTFOH.

"Carries on the way he is?" You gotta be joking haven't you? Are you saying Froch is the bigger name of the 2? I don't even want to see GGG V Froch. My point is why is Froch using GGG's name? The only reason it's even a viable fight is because Froch is heavier, taller, longer reach. If that was all level GGG would wipe the floor with him.
It's a bit like Floyd getting linked with all these fighters a stone heavier than him, just to make a fight of it. GGG doesn't need Froch so stop using his name.

Froch is the best super middleweight in the world, that's just a simple fact. His resume is a lot better than Golovkins. Last time a decent middleweight stepped up he got schooled, Froch would be even at least going into that fight considering GGG has never been at 168 and Froch would knock out everybody GGG has fought too.

Ward is the best super middleweight in the world.

He's not an active fighter at the present moment in time so he's not. He will be, but currently he's not

Exactly. And that's just a simple fact. GGG's victories get criticised by some because of how ordinary he makes them look. It is only considered a viable fight because Froch has everything in his favour. To say Froch beats everyone GGG has beat is ridiculous. Of course he does, he's that much bigger than them.
If Froch is that fucking great then why , as a World champion and debatedly the best in the division, does he have to beg a guy to fight him who has only ever fought twice in his division and that was against another blown up MW who himself isn't World standard ?And why does Froch even have to mention guys in divisions below him and debate whether they're PPV?
I don't hear Froch talking about moving up to fight Kovalev for a PPV fight in Vegas.
Touch of the bullies about it if you ask me.

He's wants Chavez for £££ that's it. That is all he is fighting for. I want him to move up to 175 or rematch Ward or GGG. But it's not going to happen. There's a small chance he will fight GGG, only a small one though.

I'm also pretty sure Chavez will want that fight just as much as Froch too.
