Just weighed in 14 stone 1 for it. Really excited as this is going to be a real test for me. I'll let you know how it goes tomorrow.

It is on Friday so it can not be on ITV. That is Tam's chip say as well so he is sacrificing a lot.
When did eric go to Barbados, I must have missed that.

Good luck.
lost on points tonight, got knocked down in the first, ill need to watch that back again I have no idea what happened. It was a flash a knockdown, I didnt see the punch i was down but no hurt. I was behind from that point and he was the best lad ive been in with. It was tough, and the rounds were close. I wasnt out classed but I lost. He was a lot bigger than me in size. Im going to get to light heavy for my next one, im too small for cruiser against these bigger lads. Giving away too many advantages. Also had to fight in 10oz gloves , everybody else were in 16s, was a bit annoying. Ill post the video soon.
That's rough, Tam, but you said yourself that the other guy would be bigger and that you are in the transition to a smaller weight, so you might as well take it as a learning experience and count the positives. You sound like you were still competitive despite the size difference, and yeah, you were on the way to LHW anyway. That's the thing with the gap between LHW and CW, it's such a massive differential and so if you are stuck in the middle you are giving up a lot and you don't get any of that at any of the lower weights. Chin up and move onto the next target!
Fascinating hearing your experience.
How are you going to cut down in weight?
What will be your diet?
How are you going to improve your skills?

Best of luck in your next fight buddy. Sounds like you know what needs to be worked on and sorted so some definite positives came out of this loss and you can only be stronger moving forward.
