I mean I know it wasn't Gatti/Ward but when you watch the boxing craft that Mayweather displayed, especially at his advanced age, it's incredible.

I find it weird that boxing heads love to talk about the craft of past guys like Willie Pep and marvel at how slick they were, but then totally dismiss the craft of modern day guys as boring or cowardly. If you appreciate the sweet science, Floyd brings the goods.

Yes, it was a close fight but I have to say I do think Trout got robbed. At the time Canelo was being groomed for greatness. The only way Trout could have won was if he KTFO Canelo. If the fight didn't happen in Texas I think the outcome would have been closer.

yeah i agree, Canelos position and "potential" didnt harm the scoring, in fact wasnt the scoring quite wide?

the scoring was bad but im not sure canelo deserved to lose

I'm not altogether certain, but I sense you're not a big fan of Floyd's?

Kenny Norton vs. Muhammad Ali 'I'

Kenny really beat the 'Shit' out of Muhammad.

It was quite enjoyable to watch again.

Almost as enjoyable as watching Barrie Chase dancing with Dick Shawn in....... "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad World"

watching Pac vs JMM I -I felt Pac got jobbed. The 1 judge screwed up and didn't count the 3 knockdowns.

While I still feel that way, Today I can't see Pac winning but 3 rounds 4 at best. Watching it live, I had Pac winning...I dunno....maybe 5 or six rounds.

Floyd talking to a dummy and pretending it's Manny doesn't irritate me the way it might have before they fought. Now I think it's what Manny deserves after he fought Floyd with an injury. He is a dummy!
