I'd probably go with Calzaghe v Lacy.

Calzaghe beat the living shit out of a guy who was supposed to be incredibly dangerous. Even Lacy's detractors probably didn't see that beating coming.

    Sonny Liston in Lewiston, Maine

Maybe the 'most masterful' performance by an actor in a Comedy.

Winner of the Academy Award for Best Actor ........ Charles 'Sonny' Liston.

Yes, given the outcome and the years that followed, it's amazing to think that Lacy was the favourite going into that fight.

    Ahh, yes....

Unfortunately, the last 4 rounds turned into a track meet, and the Vegas judges awarded the decision to Trinidad.
Thus, putting into question the whole "masterful performance" premise.

Tyson v Berbick was masterful execution and obliteration of the old champ.

I know you're a Tito guy but do you honestly believe he won that fight with Oscar?

Oscar shouldn't have ran those last 4 rounds, but the 8 that preceeded those were fucking masterful on Oscar's part.

Larry Holmes over 'old man' Muhammad Ali

Was there ever a more one-sided 10-Round fight ever.

    A brilliant display of 'Pitch-and-Catch'.

"The look on Drew 'Bundini' Brown's face was worth the price of a ticket. As I was
beating Muhammad, I looked over at him and said >

"After tonight, you will have to get a real job you 'Fucking' leach."

Shane Mosley gave a masterful boxing performance over Luis Collazo. I was surprised to see Collazo winning & fighting still at elite level today. That to me shows how gr8 Shane was against him.

Shane Mosley gave a masterful beat down to Margarito.

Oscar wins next 5 rematches vs Tito if the opportunity was there.
