    Default Lunch time and Bread

I had 3 weeks off work and never ate any sandwiches and I felt fitter and leaner. I have started work again and everyday I eat a sandwich. I do not know what else to eat for lunch.

Should I stop eating bread altogether?
Should I eat only brown or wholemeal bread?
What could replace it and fill me up?

Tried Kaiser bread and rolls for the first time and it felt like I chewed on sand paper. I like French Bread regularly, for po boys or turkey and swiss. Also 5 grain once in a while.

Eat sushi for lunch, if you can find any. Much better for you than bread!
If God wanted us to be vegetarians, why are animals made of meat ?

It is. Lovely stuff too, but it is expensive and 10 mins later you end up still being starving and buying a pasty, which is probably worse than the sandwich you were avoiding ;-)
