Harrison is going to careful after Nelson. McCalla acted like a punching bag for seven rounds before getting busy in the 8th, 9th, and 10th. We can expect Harrison to be even more careful after this fight, the way he loses concentration in the later rounds reminds me a little of Khan.

Crazy eh. The entire crop around 47 and 54 are all waiting, hoping, praying. putting their progression on hold for a guy that has retired. Many of these people that think or believe that they will or would be the choice for 50 should he return are quite literally out of their mind. Floyd still controls the boxing world and he's retired. Not all that surprising I suppose given many feel as I that he will go for 50 but 2 weight classes are in limbo because of the unrealistic expectations of a bunch of fighters. He's not coming out of retirement to fight Amir Khan, Thurman or one of the Charlo brothers and I doubt a Manny rematch will even be considered.

I believe even the WBC is on hold.

Jermell should be reminded Alcine is 2-6 with 1 Draw in is last 9, before he calls out Floyd again. I'm glad Jermell got the TKO in a convincing manner but as he said himself this was basically a stay busy fight. Don't call out retired fighters, it makes you look like an idiot.

He did look like an idiot. Poor Alcine is in the same boat as Gabriel Campillo.

Both were once very good boxers and titlists, but now their punch resistance is shot.
