Wilder would not face a big puncher, it is in his contract that he issues to his opponents. They are not allowed to hit him.

Smart management there then. Good moves by his team. Other boxers should be so smart. It may start a trend.

Oh no wait. Wlads camp came up with that first.

Had Ruddock owned a right hand instead of thinking he was good enough to name his singular punch, it may have worked out for him. That said Wilder shits himself and runs back to the car before actually knocking on Ruddocks door for a date .

Ruddock was a one arm puncher. That still may be too much for Wilder. He just hasn't fought anyone worth a shit.

Wasn't Stiverne a good puncher? Wilder beat him fairly easy.

Not the Smash good, Stiverne has fast hands but not necessary a lot of power.

Kill or be killed fight methinks, and Stiverne has more than enough pop if he can walk guys into the right shot, basically same as Razor. The way a young and raw Lewis blasted out Ruddock, it's as least likely enough Wilder could do the same.

Ruddock is totally overrated , he lost every big fight he was involved in and his best wins are over Phil Jackson and the fossil Boneclutcher Smith.
Lost to Tyson twice / Lewis / Morrison he was totally overrated.

You are forgetting Razor nearly decapitating Dokes as one his best wins.

There is no shame in losing to Lewis or faded Tyson.
