Smith has a real chance here i reckon - can see a huge upset with Smith getting a stoppage

I don't think it will be as one sided as a lot of people are making out, I rate Beefy, yes old ginger flaps has to be the favourite but don't be surprised if its a hell of a lot tougher than people are expecting.

Smith really needs a stoppage to win though doesn't he, no way is he going to get a decision on points.

I've seen Smiths last 3 fights now, maybe mismatch is a bit harsh but I can't see him winning and the article was a bit silly. Liam Smith to me isn't one of the best fighters from the UK, and the fact that he's largely unknown to the public is irrelevant. As if Canelos handlers wouldn't have watched him? He's a good offensive fighter, but he needs to be coming forward and throws a bit wide, I see him pretty tailor made for the ginger.

I can see Smith give Canelo problems, he is young, hungry, undefeated and big enough to go the distance but he will be ripped off by the judges.

It's such a massive jump in class for Smith it's hard to gauge his chances. However, it's a terrific style match-up. This is stupidly obvious but - If Smith isn't out of his depth it will be a great fight.

Sounds like a white James Kirkland to me.

Smith looks quite a bit taller and bigger than Canelo, i still think Smith can win this and shock a lot of people

smith is a fair bit taller

People are always moaning about Canelo's size/weight advantage, well he's not having it here. Think this will be a terrific fight.

Not sure what people are looking at, once you see them from the front it is clear Canelo is larger, quite clear. Liam is taller, not the same size.

Canelo is gay and loves a tight fitting shirt..?

Smith is naturally gonna be the bigger guy on the night and if his chin can take Canelos power then the Ginger one is bang in trouble and getting stopped

Probably one of the best interviews you're going to see on the subject of Canelo Smith.

I felt emotionally drained after watching it.

Even if Smith hurts, puts down Canelo and wins every round he will not get a decision.
