And to answer your question I dunno... you can buy weighted vests, vests with elastic to add resitance and gloves with weight comparetments... personally I just do my bag work in my 160z...
OK, Ill Mitch mode:
TO GAIN SPEED FIRST YOU MUST BECOME FAST AND DANGER ON SPEED BOARD, I ALWAYS ADMIRED MASTER SPLINTER, HE WAS ALWAYS, HE NEVER USED WEAPON AND WAS VERY FAST WITH HIS HANDS, YOU SHOULD WATCH HIM, AS TO LEARN SPEED AND AS A WAY OF LIFE.
no one mentioned keeping your elbows tucked ...and also throwing a second punch as u 1st is 1/2 way back
also keep your hands loose and not clinched and as u whip out your hand they should snap shut ...this makes for speedy punches
Technique-so you throw shorter more compact punches. Defense and brainssoyou know where and when to throw them and an opening in which to land them. Seriously, practice your technique regularly and in the gym always work sharp- not exhausted and plodding through it- and learn to think as that creates advantageous situations for you. If you know what's what and he doesn't you'll be faster.
Elbows pushed out fast, Hands back qiucker is a good way to think
Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....
