Default Parker to fight Hughie Fury in Manchester on September 23 for WBO strap

    Thoughts ?

Joseph Parker will make the second defence of his WBO world heavyweight title against Hughie Fury at the Manchester Arena this September.
Parker's fight with Fury, who is the mandatory challenger to the title, will be his first in the UK as the New Zealander continues to defend his undefeated record (23-0-KO1.
Fury, who will be fighting for his cousin Tyson's old belt, will also be defending an unbeaten record (20-0-KO10) when the pair meet later this year....

I really hope Hughie a) makes it to the ring to fight Parker and b) wins. Just to see how quickly that cunt Warren does a U turn on who can and cant call themselves 'World Champion'.

This fight should always have been over here. It will happen now.

There's no way it sells out the MEN - unless Flanagan is fighting Crolla or something (obviously not) or they cut the venue in half - so another "dodgy back" is a cert.

Hopefully my cynical cunt self is wrong though. The conspiracy obsessed professional victims have no excuses. Fairplay to Parker, forced to travel to get rid of his no-mark obligation.

Why? are you saying that Hughie Fury is too "big time" to go all the way over there to try to win a World Title? let's not forget , the reason the fight was over there in the first place was because Frank lost the purse bid .
pull out with an injury and then get the fight in your own back yard. I've never heard so much horseshit in all my life!
still , at least it means we won't hear Tyson and BJS claiming that everybody is racist against them .

Parker has stunk the place out on his last 2 fights , the "Leprosy Kid" has a chance in this one.

Hughie ain't a big lad and Parker is one of the few heavies he could well beat. Going to struggle with the big fellas. It will be fun if he wins.

Is it possible that if its a mauling clinching type of fight that Parker could catch leprosy ?
