    Default Beterbiev.

Didn't watch the fights Saturday. How did Beterbiev look, in your opinion?

He looked fine. Did what he needed to and stopped his opponent at the last round. It wasn’t an exciting performance though. It was a performance to show that he was a top guy at the weight class but not a WOW performance to make me think he will beat Kovalev yet.

Kov should be fighting soon, let's see what what he has left in his tank. Their paths are destined to cross at some stage.

Only saw a few random rounds and looked to be in full control though somewhat just going thru the motions and not sure why the boo birds were raining down from the stands. In the end though he gets the best of both worlds with much needed rounds to work on things after injury and layoff as well as the ko to keep streak alive. Oh and a trinket, cannot forget the trinket.

Can't fault him too much, he was in control the whole way and got some much needed rounds under his belt. His opponent was in survival mode most of the time, rarely opting to trade. Beterbiev could have tried a few different looks and angles to open him up but remained in first gear until the final round.

Bet was supposed to blast this guy out. I wonder what happened?
