Here's my routine that I have been doing for the past few weeks since I started this blog, finally written out.

It's not as strict as this, I do switch some routines around and always seem to add pushups/situps in there somehow. Anyways without further ado...

Monday Morning- Speeds/ Explosiveness


-Clap Pushups (3x 30 seconds)
-Burpees (3x 2min rounds)
-Elastic Rope (1 min with/1 min shadow boxing x3)...

I posted a long piece about property prices in Korea and the stupid computer logged me out and lost it all!!!!

I think I will just have a cup of tea and try and forget about it.....I can't be bothered to do it all again!!

It is mid term exam time. Most of my students are craming hard and are quite content to give my classes a miss. And so I have a little bit of time on my hands this evening. Ive planned all my lessons for the week. I would plan further ahead but you can never be sure when the schedules may change. A week in advance is always sensible enough.

I went a bit mad during the middle of last week. I had no classes and thought I would try and enjoy my final days before having to start my essay....

I'd just written out three quarters of my first "wealth" blog, but it was sooooo long winded and going down 50 paths at once, so I deleted the lot, and am starting again. In SHORT form..

I want to be financially secure one day. More than secure, free. I want to be able to do the things I choose. Give to charity, travel, look after relatives & friends... Basically, I want the "freedom" that comes from not having to worry about money.

OK uni has been insanely busy - I've camped out there overnight twice just trying to get through my work so training has been pretty poor.

I can't honestly remember what i've done but basically i've only had about 4 boxing sessions and 4 runs and no weight training or swimming at all for the past 2 weeks!

the busy period is still ongoing but not quite as mad now though so hopefully I'll be able to get some half normal training in.

PRIDE OF BOSTON

Ive been listening to Radiohead's "In Rainbows" album today. It's better than "Hail to the Thief" which I found to be patchy in places. That had some great songs but too much meandering blandness. This has more songwriting craft and nous about it. A more thought through piece of work and each of the songs plays its part in making a very cohesive album. I've also been listening to the new REM album. Its not their best work by a long shot but there are some very good songs on it....

I went to the dentist for the first time in 5 years today. It was a tough one for me beause I really do have issues with hospitals and dentists. Hospitals are places where people often die and dentists are places where they drill inside your mouth!
