it seems that footwork is a basic problem everywhere...guys get off balance, guys play the good old american game "catch up" or they just are always late....i think one of the first things is stance, never be done enough. get it work it look at it in the mirror, admire it...go get it corrected. start this again. next spend 5 minutes doing that idiotic step forward,then right then back then left thing till you want to cry...now do it again. then again. now find someone to show you that ...
