Alright, this is an odd one for you guys.

As part of my self improvement/development thing, I stumbled across "affirmations" years ago.

I wrote down and recorded a tonne of them onto MP3 and used to play them over and over through headphones... They were boring as shit though so I couldn't stick with them, but I do believe they helped my mindset towards things and improved my confidence.

As i've got this big thing at the moment about becoming confident with women, I decided to make a recording that would build confidence in that respect.

What I eventually came up with was the idea to have a guided hypnosis, instead of just straight up boring affirmations.

!!! WARNING !!!

The recording is very very crappy. I have a very crap voice. I did not do a good job with the wording. I only recorded once and did not correct mistakes. I recorded on really crappy $5 microphone. I used a bad mixing program. etc etc.

Basically, this is as unprofessional and ghetto as it gets for a trance/meditation/hypnosis track. I hope to make it sound really good one day, as I believe that it could actually be effective at building more confidence and a better mindset in the listener.


This sample test track though was just for a bit of fun, so download and listen at your own risk.

You will most likely need headphones, the volume turned right up, somewhere to lay down, 20 minutes to relax and close your eyes, 5 beers, and a few valiums to listen to it...

And for f*ck's sake go easy on me if you do listen to it and want to tease me

By all means, if you have any suggestions through, i'm open to all feedback.

If I knew I would have been posting it here when I made it last year, I would have put in some 'shout outs' to some of you fella's... Definetly next time though!
