Physically, I'm about 70% there. I know I was fitter before my flu, but there's no point discussing what I don't have at my disposal.

Mentally, I suppose I'm fairly confident. I know I can do a Bernard Hopkins and negate all action.

So from my end I'm giving what I can.

But I'm sick and tired of dancing in the dark. I have no trainer, no support system and nobody to teach me anything.
I'm sparring guys - bigger, smaller, stronger or faster and I can manage them, I can handle them because I genuinely believe I have something special.
But to have no tuition, instruction or support at all.
How in the hell can a young guy that's willing to train as hard as he possibly can at a moments notice not find someone in his locality to show him something

	Is moving to a different location where you could find a trainer an option?

	Not ubntil May at the earliest man and even in May, I'll be restricted.

Hi Donny

You have brains and you know how to use them. I think you'll do very well on Friday!

I know the frustration of not being able to find good coaching - SA is terrible but you are already a winner at this stage. You don't need to be taught to be a winner and that will not change in the short term.

May is going to come very very quickly and then you'll be bound to find something somewhere to let you grow and progress to that next stage - karma owes it to you!
