No More Smoking for Me!!!

Though I am sure no one else cares I am proud as a peacock!!! After smoking since I was in my teens I have managed to quit!! I admit I feel 100% better and like a new man, a few months ago I posted on the let's get it on board about how hard it was and everyone wished me well in my quest now I have achieved my goal once and for all.

I must admit though it was not on my own. I used the new stop smoking med Chantix, the shit works wonders I swear...The only side effect I had was a bit of sleeplessness the first week.

I know me quitting smoking is not exactly news worthy but I just needed to brag a bit

Very cool... After being quite an athlete boxing and being all-state as a guard playing football I picked up smoking... Worst shit ever. I still stay in decent shape and work out but I put my heart through the ringer being a smoker and doing cardio... I cut down a lot but you and I both know that does nothing for the addiction... I've quit before and need to do it again. I promised myself I'd quit before marage.

	Yes, good job on quitting. I dont smoke myself but understand it can be a toughy trying to stop.

	It's freakin awesome and definetly news worthy! Shout it to the world! I quit for a year and started again just out of pure stupidity, now I have to go through it all over again... They're absolutely FILTHY things, and there is so many negatives to being a smoker.. Good work.. Reps coming your way

	Congrats! I can see being there for your kids must be pretty good motivation. Great to see you looking after yourself which helps you look after them more as well!
