Hey buddy! Sorry I missed you on the chat.. I had saddo up but was away from the computer... Thanks for the message.... I'm real happy about doing well the last 2 weeks... I really wanted to be able to come back here and genuinely say that I had broken the routine, which I was able to do. And really think talking on here and having everyone get involved really helped...

Just need to keep it up now but it's been a really good start to be proud of..
