I posted this same video last March but seems as there is lots of new blokes on this site I have posted it again.

The gym has gone from strenth to strenth.


The lad near the start with the red vest an hat on is in India at the moment at the youth Comanwealth games.

I remember you telling me about this a few months ago.I remember seeing the vid too.Great news that it's got bigger and better.You make a up to date video of your great gym mate and post it on here so that us great boxing fans can see it.Where all a big friendly family on here as you already now mate.

One of our boys just won Gold out in India in the youth commonwealth games.

Great result for a village of less than 2000 people;D.
