Went down as far as 195lbs...
My weight loss journey has yielded significant fruit... I have come down as far as 195lbs and hovering between 195lbs and 205lbs... I can't believe I came down from 305lbs over a year ago to now all of that work.
I run 6 days a week. No Sundays. I go over 3 miles every time. I have a routine and am picking up speeds now. I'm trying to do 7 miles in an 1hr and 20mins and have done it but not consistent with it.
I also go to the gym 6 days a week after I jog too. I'm feeling really good.

Physical health will also help you emotionally so keep it up. You should be proud of your achievement.

I feel more powerful and confident. Who would have known when I quit the booze and cigarettes I would end up being so anxious and full of energy. I feel better than I was when I was in my early 20s... I have NEVER been under 200lbs since I was 16 years old.

Leaps and bounds bud that’s awesome achievement. Feeling good...and climbing two flights of stairs without gassing...is direct investment into PMA. Keep doing what your doing.
