The only ones affected are the ones that think he is the best ever.
I don't think he is the best ever personally but it's very hard to picture somebody catching him. If you put Aaron Pryor, sugar Ray Leonard or Roberto Duran in there in his prime, the way Floyd dances around it's hard to imagine anybody catching him. I agree with you that that does definitely not make him the best ever. Up until 2006 he was knocking people out left and right and had a really sharp punch.
