Personally any woman over 15 stone should get carted off to a slaughter yard where they can be sliced up and melted down to form soap to export overseas.
We could cut the obesity problem in half AND make a nice commercial income, money which could then be spent on rounding up the other fatties so that the whole industry pays for itself.

I imagine if you get a whole pod of them out in the ocean together they probably look quite magnificant.
It's when they don clothes and waddle on to land that they look ridiculous.
They should form some kind of giant marina for them where they can live and swim freely.
I'm sure Chinese tourists could fund the operation, they would happily pay for the running costs as long as they could visit and get to control the giant krill hoses. :-\
