Gary Russel says Lomachenko knows he got a gift

Wow, just when I thought the sport could get low on delusional primadonnas... Says he was drained and is afraid he'd ko loma too quick if they fought again. When pressed about wether loma was faster and beat him to the punch, Russell deflects and doesn't want to talk about anyone but himself anymore. Lol
I went from a fan of this kid to someone who can't wait for him to knocked unconscious and embarrassed by a c grade opponent
Re: Gary Russel says Lomachenko knows he got a gift
Clearly Loma must hit harder than we think. Gary keeps looking past an opponent he'll get outhustled to a loss. Guys today have no fookin poker face when they need to impress.
Re: Gary Russel says Lomachenko knows he got a gift
As delusion as Pac. Just accept the loss already. Russell is already talking unifications so I doubt he I'd seriously considering Loma.
Re: Gary Russel says Lomachenko knows he got a gift
I always thought that Russell's loss to Loma has been overstated. He for sure lost, but I thought that he had his moments and won some rounds. It wasn't a complete blow out like some people seem to remember.
That being said, it is dillusional to think that Loma got a gift decision since he clearly won. Russell is a fighter with tons of talent but has never done anything with it. I've been waiting his whole career for him to step it up.

That really made me chuckle a bit. Seems like someone got his spirit and his ego broken pretty bad.

Agree it wasn't lopsided. Loma took over in the 2nd half. I still think Russell is possibly faster.
