Undisputed Light-Heavyweight Champ Roy Jones would have easily schooled Dawson and made him look average, Dawson fights at a tempo that Jones loves, and would have just timed and pot shotted Dawson all 12 roundsQuote:

What about post Tarver Jones like against Calzaghe? I feel an aggressive Dawson could give Roy problems. Maybe just wishful thinking.
So weaken the comparison is the answer? Like Poncho Villa v Jimmy Wilde. So Dawson needs a shadow of Jones in order to beat him. Pretty much answered your own ?
