What are the best ways to train all parts of my body and to improve reflexes
Im alwayz tryin to increase strength, speed, and reflexes on all parts of my body and i cant think of nethin that would be good besides using weights on a weight machine, pushups, pullups, situps, target mits, sparring, jogging, and swimming..... ne one got ne other ideas to help me improve

Table tennis or hand ball will get your footwork and hand /eye coordination comming together.

Plyometrics may help with ballisticness/dynamicness.
