Whitaker would have victories at 135, 140, 147. Mayweather at 154 because Pernell would have been simply outside of his element.

after seeing the fight with Delahoya, I think Whitaker would beat Mayweather. He was more untouchable than Floyd. Floyd is quicker with his punches I think but if this is possible, Whitaker was quicker with his head moving it to avoid punches. Is that possible?
