This'll have the whole stadium rocking
Leeds United and Frank Warren are delighted to confirm the Kaiser Chiefs will be playing live at Elland Road, during the unmissable night of World Championship Boxing on Saturday 19th May.
Josh Warrington is looking to become IBF World Featherweight Champion when he takes on Lee Selby, in what is set to be one of the biggest sporting events of the summer.
Warrington famously walks into his fights to ‘I Predict a Riot’ and the Leeds Warrior will enter the ring in May with the Kaiser Chiefs playing the track live at Elland Road.
The event will mark nearly ten years to the day since the Kaiser Chiefs played live at Elland Road, with their last appearance at the venue coming on 24th May 2008, in front of a capacity crowd of over 30,000.

I like Warrington, I like his honesty , his desire, and his attitude. Being a Leeds fan myself (Italy and Italian clubs notwithstanding. ;D), I love the whole Leeds thing, Radebe, Kaiser Chiefs, the crazy fans.
BUT Lee Selby is a serious step too far in class, and I reckon he will school Warrington. I also think he’ll go on to do the same to Frampton. I genuinely think that Selby is the closest thing in Britain to a special fighter. The only drawback has been a bit of a lack of activity, but I reckon this is the start of his career rocketing to where it should be.
Who knows, Millennium Stadium cards with him, his brother , Joe Cordina and maybe even one final fight for Enzo Mac.
Funny, I’m not Welsh, but I really like all of those fighters.

I see this being a mismatch.

I like Selby and hate Leeds (no issue with Warrington) so hope Lee beats both Josh and Carl.
Re: Lee Selby vs Josh Warrington on BT Sport - 19/5/18 Elland Road
Warrington has been brilliantly managed by Hearn so far with use of the new arena in Leeds, Leeds United fanbase and his match ups etc. He's made far more than he should have been able to.
Maybe he'll surprise us Saturday who knows but I fear he'll find out he does not belong with the elite at this weight.
Atmosphere will be amazing

my mistake - he's with Warren now obviously.
can't recall when he left Hearn

How very diplomatic and controlled of you. I hope your PM was along the lines of “Go F**k yourself!”;D
Re: Lee Selby vs Josh Warrington on BT Sport - 19/5/18 Elland Road
I see a missmatch too, Selby is not just on another level but stylewise this is bread and butter for him, he should stop Warrington, which is 7/2.
This fight should have happened years ago. With so many potential excellent matchups at 126 this is a waste of time, don't blame Selby tough, the bloke doesn't have the fanbase, he'll always play second fiddle throughout his career, just look how little interest this fight has.
