Bit Of Advice - Training/Sparring Gloves
Wondering if you lot could give me a bit of advice.
Ive been looking for a new set of 16oz training gloves for sparring. I was planning on getting a set of title super spars for 45 quid but then realised one of my mates at uni is from america and at the exchange rate at the minute a set of reyes or grant's would only work out at about 60 quid and i could get them brought back for me.
So 2 questions really, which would you reccommend? And also does anyone know of any decent online stores in the US that might stock both brands, especially the new reyes velcro training gloves?
Thanks in advance
Re: Bit Of Advice - Training/Sparring Gloves
the two best american online supplier are www.titleboxing.com and www.ringside.com
Ringside has the upper hand because they've been around linger, so they have reyes and grant, but don't overlook title products, especially their pro-mex line, their new gel training gloves, and for the money, Tuf-Wears are great. I have a pair and love them.

its a great time to do shopping!
but how much do you think the duties and tax would add up?
Re: Bit Of Advice - Training/Sparring Gloves
Dont think theyll work out that much more than they are on the site as im not gonna get them posted to the UK. Ill get my friend to buy them, have them delivered to her address in the US and then bring them back for me when we start the new term. Are reyes really a good as everyone says?
Cheers
Re: Bit Of Advice - Training/Sparring Gloves
reyes are very very good, they seem to last a very long time, but they do hurt to get hit with!

What ever you get hit with hurts, but Reyes are the best
