Probably old hat to those across the pond but never seen this until today. Danny Williams dislocates his shoulder, can't use his right arm at all, keeps fighting like nothing has happened and beats the guy with one arm (his weaker arm).
Unfortunately I guess it's that same courage and pride that has made him fight on WAY too long. Should have retired many years ago.
He fights (getting smashed most of the time) all over Europe nowadays to pay for private education for his Daughter. that is admirable, but also pretty dangerous if you ask me.
it's all the more remarkable given a story Ricky Hatton recounted on Ringside last week about how nervous Danny Williams gets before fights. Apparently , when they were youngsters they used to fight on the same undercards and were quite close.
If Tyson saw that before they fought he would never have fought him and said he was a coward.
