Haye vs Klitschko is never going to happen is it
It's not is it.
I was reading about the fights coming up for all parties, I think the K's have just decided to bump Haye off their radar. I think they will call his bluff on retiring.
I then think he will be stubborn/ rich enough to actually do it and that will be the end of that.
Almost the end, we'll then have to endure Haye on TV still earning off of the fight that never was.
In the last 24 hours I've gone from thinking the fight will happen at somepoint, to thinking it's never going to happen. Sad times.
Re: Haye vs Klitschko is never going to happen is it
doubt it will ever happen but wlad & vitali can retire with a better legacy than haye ever will if he retires in october

Or even if he does in 3 years.
Haye needs this fight. Such a shame they couldn't work a deal out. Ruins boxing. Petty arguments and excuses, just give the people the fights they want to see :-\
Re: Haye vs Klitschko is never going to happen is it
This honestly really FUCKING PISSES ME OFF !
Haye is being a whiny pre madonna lil bitch and the Klits are being uncooperative as well, but I blame Haye for the bulk of it because he is the challenger and the challenger must make some concessions to fight the champion.
Haye vs. either Klit is the ONLY good heavyweight fight out there.
Adamek vs. either Klit is intriguing but not as good as a Haye fight.
Re: Haye vs Klitschko is never going to happen is it
Hayes becoming the stand up comic who uses the same line one to many times....just piss or get off the pot already. You came into Wlads house, no matter what ya thought of the curtains and style. Who has the best quip on 'Twi-ah' and biggest paycheck don't mean as much as the "W" and the "L" in the record book...John Ruiz aint going to cut it.
Re: Haye vs Klitschko is never going to happen is it
I was so fucking excited when Haye confronted Wlad in that video, "fight me, not those bums" I thought, this is exactly what the sport needs. Too bad he let me down as a fan and unless he faces BOTH the Klits, moving to Heavyweight was pretty much a waste of time........Roy Jones moved up to beat a much fresher Ruiz a long time ago....That Jones would have beaten Audley, Barrett and even Valuev IMO
Re: Haye vs Klitschko is never going to happen is it
You know its funny
at the start of this stupidness everyone was hating haye for backing out, everything was hayes fault and he was the biggest joke in boxing
now everyone has realised its probably a large chunk the klits fault all i here now is about hayes legacy and how he wont have one unless he fights the klits
boxing fans are so gay

HA, well Wlad wasn't the one that got knocked down by Monte Barrett or hurt by John Ruiz or dropped by Jean Marc Mormek. Anyone that has beaten Wladimir #1 Has had a hell of a chin and #2 Has been a top flight heavyweight power puncher.....the WBA title holder may well be a top flight power puncher, but does he have a good chin?

see this is what i mean (in another thread today) about being objective and not letting your feelings for a fighter cloud your judgement
ok i know lyle isnt that representative of all saddos but, its a boxing fan thinking that the barret knockdown was in anyway a threat to haye losing the fight or haye was actually hurt badly in any way against ruiz
by the way lyle, you cant anymore confident about wlads chin than you would be about hayes, can you?
Re: Haye vs Klitschko is never going to happen is it
Same old conversation but obviously if Haye retires in October it will not happen.
Re: Haye vs Klitschko is never going to happen is it
Haye would have had a legacy if he didn't move to Heavyweight, seriously. But, instead of being remembered as a cruiserweight champion, he will now be remembered as the man who promised alot, but did nothing, by ducking the Klitschko's and fighting easy fights like Harrison and Mormeck. ;)
