I really am suspecting a panic attack. It was almost as though he was just remembering to breathe whilst getting his neck massaged. It looked as though he was doing everything possible to calm himself down rather than get psyched up for the big moment. If that did happen, then he must have felt all over the place. Can you imagine being in front of thousands of people with the dying feeling? And then trying to fight? I know they call it fight or flight, but to have it so literally? But then again maybe something something else. Imagine if it was getting sparked in sparring and that then inducing a panic disorder? Not nice at all.
The Brits love excuses but American fans are worse for bailing on their guys.
