    Default Rebounders/Mini-Trampolines

I got a 4ft rebounder for Christmas that I've been using frequently these last two months. I like how it's less impact than running/skipping rope, and therefore easier on my legs and knees. It has also lead to me to take notice on how I'm landing, which has benefited me in my running as well. It's good exercise, and I can easily vary the intensity by adjusting my pace and doing easier and harder techniques.

Is there anyone else that has used one. What do you think of it?

Do you do anything specifically for proprioception when using a rebounder?
