    Default Aromatherapy

I know there's a load of new age garbage about it healing and whatnot but I'm not bothered about that. It just smells nice. Anybody have a diffuser?

Kirkland has held the award for many years. Miles left because of this.

Have been told I'm a diffuser of dags if that helps . Much of the new age stuff can be overthought. Sit around a cracking bonfire ring when the weather finally dips into fall chill on the air and stoke the new wood. That my friend is aromatherapy. Some areas we burned piles of leaves, pinecones and limbs for disposal. Same there. You stimulate a sense it's all a form of therapy really. You smell salt water and you feel free. Smell fresh cut grass or baked cookies and you feel young. Or you smell napalm in the morning and you feel victorious .It's odd like that really.

Add on weed smoke to all that.

I find the different smells have an effect on you if you're breathing them all the time. Citrus smells like lime perk you up but the tangerine is relaxing. But it's probably just the brain playing tricks. The main thing for me is it makes the room smell nice.

There's nothing gay about wanting your room to smell fabulous. I just discovered that clove oil smells fantastically Christmassy and I'm looking forward to using it this Christmas with the tree up and a great big fairy on top.

There's a word you don't see much of in the pronouns era.

Does nothing for mental health though.
