Default Sakio Bika vs. Kelly Pavlik or Edison Miranda

Who wants to see this fight ?

I would LOVE to watch this.

Bika gave a good account of himself against Ward, but he kept getting tied up and headbutted and outboxed in spurts.

Bika deserves another big fight and putting him in with another aggressive puncher could add up to something like we saw with Codrington.

    Thoughts ?

I'd favor Bika in both matchups.

It was just announced that Miranda will be on the Froch-Johnson undercard. Also on the UC will be Allen Green, both of them are moving up to light Heavy, Green is fighting Dhafir Smith who just beat Jeff Lacy, and Miranda doesn't have a opponent yet.

Separate Edison Miranda, Allan Green fights added to Super Six undercard - ESPN

I didn't say Pavlik vs. Miranda. I said Sakio Bika vs. Miranda. Or Sakio Bika vs. Pavlik. And Pavlik does not look good at 168.

Kieran Mulvaney of espn, did a chat during the PPV on Saturday. After the Pavlik fight, he said a matchmaker from one of the promotional companies had seen Kieran and told him that Pavlik's timing was gone.
He didn't look good to me. Lopez beat him to the punch too often.
Pavlik's feet looked slower than normal. There was times that they looked like they were stuck in quicksand. The only time he had any spring in his step was when he started landing alot of shots.

Bika beats Pavlik in a tough fight. Bika wears Miranda down and KOs him violently in the late rounds.

I agree with your assessmant about Bika facing both guys. Pavlik has always been flat footed with little to no head movement. And I give him a bit of a pass on the Lopez fight as he was coming off a very long lay off.

Stylistically Bika should be made to order for Pavlik. But given Pavlik's last effort? I think Bika beats him.

Edison Miranda is one of those guys who always has a puncher's chance. But how often do puncher's chances actually work out? Easy work for Bika.

Miranda isn't in the mix anymore, but I wouldn't mind seeing Pavlik vs. Bika, although I must admit, I don't think the fight would be wildly exciting. Pavlik would probably have a few new tattoos, we could always talk about that.

Pavlik wasnt really impressive in his last fight. Would be a war between him and Bika, Bika always comes to fight.
