I know this probably isn't what you're looking for, but herbal tea helps me sleep.
A glass of Jack Daniels or Johnnie Walker should do the trick.
Dude...I like never drink, but, BUT....I had some of this stuff after my fight on Saturday. It's really sweet. Tastes like almonds or something. Was pretty good and warms yer innards. Some friends of mine brought it in hidden wine skins to my fight haha...so I had some with them later.
Got a lil buzz off it too!
Have too decide...do I want to be her hand or the snake in that picv...she is heating up the bottle whichj is not always good
Ohh and New castle tastes like Iced tea....wrekcks . you.Bacardi is a failsafe
I love Newcastle, though I find it to be hit or miss. It's often skunky, I've had it explained at partially caused by the clear bottle and the distance travelled.
I've been drinking some localish beer lately. Granville Island Maple Brown is excellent, and I've yet to have a beer from Okanagan Springs that I haven't liked.
Disarrono works, speaking from experience it does have sedative properties. Lots of liqueurs do. I know my dad always enjoys a late night Drambui.
But if alcohol is not a priority, don't rule out a good old fashioned glass of warm milk. Seriously, it does help.

a methuselah of red wine maybe Chateau Neuf De Pape , my take many sips to finish it though
Remember reality is an illusion caused by a lack of alcohol .
that's something to consider. Canadian ice wine is fantastic, but very expensive. Maybe I'll look into a port.
Don't know about anything putting you to sleep but Friday night I will be consuming massive quantities of Hennessy which is great.
I don't want anything harsh or strong. I'm looking for something nice and smoooothhhhh.....
