What are your New Year's Resolutions?
I actually kept my resolutions for last year: to eat more wisely, to lose weight (I lost 18 pounds and so I'm now just a few pounds overweight), and to spend more time outdoors hiking and birding in larger parks, despite my advancing age. According to my last check-up and blood test results, I am healthier now than I was a year ago. Despite being a year older, I feel younger.
My resolutions for 2018 are:
1) to lose those last few pounds and get my weight below 180, and
2) to be kinder and more patient with others.
