When do you workout, what do you eat before you workout?
Usually once I start a workout I am ready to go the whole time but if I do get more tired I rest a little bit drop the heartrate and see if I can't rally
I only tend to get tired in a workout if im not working hard enough.
If im going all out all the way through then im really energetic, but if i give myself a minute to two minutes sit down i dont want to get back up.
Make everything time coordinated. MAKE yourself get up after those 30 seconds are over, youll feel better for it.
It sounds more like a mental state that your going through than actual physical tiredness, fight it and you will pull through.
and what do you mean by mental state?
maybe a Cold shower will get me snapped Up again?
I mean you may not actually be physically tired, but your mind wants you to rest so you do.Originally Posted by Pure
You sit down for a minute or two and you go into relax mode then you go "ah, bugar it im all tired now" But if you keep on working, hard, it doesnt give you chance to rest or your heartbeat drop, so your body wont want to stay there.
I just woke up so im confusing myself ill elaborate later if that sentence makes no sense?
A fighter I knew when trying to get motivated told me that he always thought of his granny knitting him a scarf in the old folks home, when he wanted a lift gave him a lift knowing she was looking out for him.I asked him even in the trenches when the going got tough He replied when the going got tough I thought fuck it I dont need a scarf. I hope this little story helps

sorry Scrap old mate. it did nothing for me. :P
when i don't feel like going to work out, I don't. the rest will let your body heal and build itself back up, physically and mentally. try meditation on those days. total body relaxation. I go to bed early on those days.
If i did that i would train once a week.Originally Posted by Von Milash
Yes theres overtraining, then theres something just as bad, being so paranoid about overtraining that you undertrain.
On average I go to the gym about 3.5 times a week. The weeks when I go 3 times are the ones where on the 4th day I just said screw it. On other days that I don't go I often do light bag work at home and use my patent-pending invention, The Power Pucher 2000. All other days I'm either doing school work and simply don't have time to go or the wife is on the rampage and's got a hold of me nuts and I'm doubled over in pain.
I took up meditation recently............,......well it's better than sitting about doing nothing!!?

Pretty much everyone gave you all the advice you need....Make sure you eat before your workout ( about 2 hours before this way it has time to digest and work into the system...Plus make sure you eat high carbs so you have energy to burn)...Like Von said about him going to the gym 3 or so times a week is perfect...only add extra gym time if you have an upcoming fight..Plus drink a lot during workouts..I suggest Vitamin water or gatorade...but not a lot at once just sip it between rounds so you don't get bogged.....Also try to remain standing between rounds walk back and fourth a bit...It helps keep your blood flowing at a better pace and keeps your lungs streached for better oxygen intake...if none of the things the guys here suggested then I would go to my doctor and tell him what you have been doing then ask for him to give you a balanced diet for more energy...Good luck to ya
