It would help us, to help you better if you could give more information. Your height, weight, age, current level of fitness.

Jogging is a decent way to begin your cardio, but there is much more to conditioning for boxing then that. A bit more information and I'm sure you'll get some good responses from members to help you.

    Welcome to Saddoboxing.

I'm not sure what you guys use kilos or pounds, so i put centimeters.

    Height : 180 cm (71 in?)
    Weight : 70 kg (150 pound?)

    and im 16 years old.

Now I can run for approximately 2 miles, but between I walk.

and I practice boxing almost one year but I
stop that because we move other city

Welcome to SaddoBoxing, firstly jogging (like Youngblood said) is just one exercise of so much more. There are many different aspects of conditioning and jogging targest one of three systems: aerobic system. Interval training, minute drills, etc are also exceptional for conditioning. I highly recommend RossTraining - Bridging The Gap Between Ordinary and Extraordinary and Your Top Source For Free Boxing Training Advice. Both websites are much more focused on the strength/conditioning aspect of boxing than this website and less so on the skill/technique aspects.
